Hanna Institute
Hanna Institute equips and empowers individuals and organizations with the trauma-informed tools they need to help people in their community. From comprehensive trauma-informed care (TIC) training and certifications for individuals and organizations to large-scale program partnerships, the Institute works alongside youth and the community to break the cycle of trauma and create a healthier and more hopeful future for all.

Santa Rosa Community Health ACEs Screening Clinical Workflow
This resource was developed by Santa Rosa Community Health and was shared in Sonoma Connect | Sonoma Unidos’ ACEs Screening Implementation Action Team. It shows the procedure they follow for screening their patients for ACEs. This was shared with the intention of helping other entities establish their own ACEs screening workflow.
